Steel windows and doors

More and more architects are integrating steel windows and doors in their designs. The advantage of using steel windows and doors is, that it ables designers to create slim profiles and frames to achieve the right proportions.

Steel windows allow a room to be filled with the maximum amount of light and is creating a closer connection with the exterior or the garden.

The combination of steel windows and wooden doors, or vice versa, is wonderful.

The images here will illusrate this.

Love this door!

Steel windows are very comfortable to use in an orangery or in a conservatory. They allow the maximum amount of light to come in and create an indoor/outdoor feeling.

If you don’t dare to bring in a big steel window, try a small one as this! Charming isn’t it?

Office before and after

A few months ago (in the month of February of this year exactly), a client contacted our company with the question if we would be interested in the redo of their business offices. Although our company is well-known for the more classical interior design, I also love contemporary design. And definitely for business offices!

After discussing with the client about all their needs, my husband and I started to think about the lay-out of the office rooms, the required materials, furniture, lighting,..and finally made a proposal! Our client was enchanted and gave us green light to go on with this project.

The redo had to be finished at the end of July!

I will first show you some “before” pictures of the office rooms. Actually there were 3 existing office rooms of which our client wanted us to create only 2 spaces now.

Lay outNew lay-out of the office.

Sorry for the quality of the pictures! I am not a professional photographer!
