Everything BUT the Kitchen Sink

Re-Model Update: So we have officially purchased everything BUT the kitchen sink and faucet{literally} for our new kitchen. I am torn between two options. Either a single basin or a double basin stainless steel undermount and either an industrial sprayer or something traditional to offset the modern materials I am using......hmmmm. Weigh in.
